As our prescription lenses and custom frames are carefully crafted with precision, each order requires a short preparation period before dispatch.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Standard Shipping (Default)

Shipping Time: 8–10 business days
Total Delivery Time: 11–15 business days

Express Shipping (Expedited)

Shipping Time: 2–4 business days
Total Delivery Time: 5–9 business days

Free shipping on all orders over $49.00 USD
Orders under $49.00 USD: $8.00 USD flat fee

Express Shipping

Flat rate of $20.00 USD applies
Available only for orders above $49.00 USD
